Shipping & Delivery
- All products are shipped USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Global Priority Mail unless special arrangements are made. All product shipments are with delivery confirmation, home delivery, and non-insured. All shipments are FOB from the warehouse, therefore if a shipment is lost or damaged during transit, the customer must file a claim with the shipper, via the provided shipment/tracking information. It is the responsibility of the buyer to request insurance at the time of purchase.

Returns & Warranty
- Returns:
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied, and all options have been explored, you can return the product for refund. You may return it within 10days of the original purchase date. There is a 20% restocking fee on paid price, minus shipping costs (does not cover any shipping fees from us, or back to us). Returned parts must be in clean, unused, original condition, packed in the manufacturer's original packaging, and received by CustomAngelEyes.com within 10 days of the original purchase. No return will be accepted without proof of purchase and date of sale. We will inspect all items before a refund is issued.
- Warranty:
3YR Free replacement/repair, only pay return shipping cost. All warranties are void if the customer incurs damage due to improper installation techniques or abuse of the product. Customers assume all risk and liability when using aftermarket products. There is no warranty, expressed or implied for any parts used during competition, track, AutoX, and/or driving school events. Warranty does not cover any damage product causes on the vehicle. Warranty does not cover any damage during shipping.
Ordering
- When purchasing from AngeliBright.com, you order through our secure, authorized website. Once your order is placed, you will receive an automated invoice to confirm your order. Your order will then be processed within 24 hours of being placed and will be sent to our shipping department who ships the item directly from our inventory. Once your item has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Viewing Orders/Order Status
- Your order status can be checked by logging into your account.
- Please e-mail for order status inquiries. Once we do receive a tracking number, it is much easier and faster to send it via e-mail instead of listing out very long tracking numbers over the phone. We are working our best to to answer all emails within 24 hours. Please do not call to check on status if you have already emailed, we are working our hardest to get status information and reply to your emails as soon as possible.
